By accessing or using the Fiyrr Records web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fiyrr Records provides a cloud-based web software solution for small businesses to manage **sales records**, **credit (Udhar) tracking**, and **inventory management**.

• **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• **Account Responsibility:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (sales, customers, inventory). We will handle your data in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You grant Fiyrr a license to use your data only as necessary to provide the Service to you.

4. Payment, Fees, and Subscription

Access to certain advanced features requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. **Subscriptions auto-renew** unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to change fees upon 30 days' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fiyrr Records and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Noida, GB Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India**.
